Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We make every effort to provide accurate colour matches to original decals, however we cannot guarantee that colour matches will be 100% accurate (particularly with classic kits - even original kits have colour disparities!) We cannot accept returns based on slight colour mismatches.

We cannot accept returns for custom vinyl or airbrush stencils unless they are damaged or different to what you ordered (this includes flashes, flames, logos, custom lettering and stickers where the customer selects colour and size). Please ensure you order the correct size/colour - if you need any further information about a product, please contact us before you order. We will gladly replace the item if we have made a mistake!

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Most items are sent via Canada Post Airmail, or Express/Expedited for larger items (including race replica kits and classic kits). We aim to prepare your order for shipment within 2 business days of order receipt. Most products are custom-made, so please allow time for us to prepare your order!

Average delivery time from dispatch is 3-5 working days Canada, 5-8 working days US, 7-10 working days Europe. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances such as Customs/border delays. If you need faster shipping, please contact us for a quote on courier shipping before you order!

Duties and taxes may be due on shipments to destinations outside Canada - these must be paid for by the buyer. Please contact your local Customs office if you need further information.
